Procedure for Weekly Training

Before CCA Training

1. Check the date of training on the NCC Air website, under Routine Orders.

2. If you have an MC on the day of training, scan and email it to your Teacher in-charge (TIC) and Flight IC on that day of training.

3. If you have some non-NCC matters to attend to and will not be able to attend CCA or can only attend part of the training, complete the NCC Air Excuse from Training Form, and see/email your Teacher in-charge (TIC) to get approval at least 3 days before the training.

During Training

1. Assemble at the stated time and venue in your proper attire.

2. Cadets who are sick and wish to go home :

Inform his TIC who will call the parent to make the necessary arrangements.

3. Late-comers will be noted down.

4. In the event of cadets participating in a school activity that ends before NCC Air training, cadets are expected to report for training after the school activity.

5. Teachers in-charge will inform the parents of the cadets who are absent.

Attendance must be at least 75% to gain the CCA point for the year.

The consequences are meted out as follows :

• 2^nd time absent without valid reason : parents will be notified.

• 3^rd time absent without valid reason : parents will be notified and cadet will be issued the Absence From CCA form.

• 4 or more times absent without valid reason : Teacher will review the case on a case-to-case basis.
